My media appearances have been an incredible platform to amplify the causes I'm deeply passionate about. From featuring on esteemed channels like Sky News, BBC, and in prominent publications like Men's Health and The Guardian, I've been given the opportunity to share my journey as a mental health advocate and as a young entrepreneur. These appearances have not only allowed me to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and promote its importance but have also provided a spotlight for the work of Spark UK, the mental health organisation I founded.
